Filming on top-rated syndicated series Judge Judy was stopped abruptly today. According to RadarOnline, star Judy Sheindlin started speaking incoherently during the taping in front of an audience before saying that she wasn't feeling well. The 68-year-old judge was taken to the hospital for observation. A rep for Judge Judy said he'd just spoken with Sheindlin, "who says she is feeling much better. She says all the tests are negative and she's going home tomorrow. She?ll be back taping her show on April 12 as scheduled." CBS TV Distribution's Judge Judy has emerged as the daytime ratings champ, regularly beating Oprah.

Perhaps things are not all good between Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian.

While promoting her new shoe line in Mexico this week, the hotel heiress who made celebrity sex tapes into a profitable art form told The Associated Press: "There's so many people out there who try to imitate what I do, but I am the original. There is nothing like me."

Hmmm... to whom could Paris possibly be referring?!?

Claiming she has "the best fashion sense," Hilton let her ego truly run amok during the event. She said: "The girls all love my style. When they buy my products, they can be like me!"

And who is this person? Someone who has "done everything that I wanted to do," Paris added. "I feel very blessed that I have been very successful in every area... There is nothing else to do!"

Well... except star in another reality show, of course. The World According to Paris premieres on Oxygen this spring.

Just two weeks after OK! Weekly invented a dream wedding scenario for Kim Kardashian, the magazine has now predicted the future and quoted a source who says Kris Humphries will betray the large-boobed reality star.

Bianka Kamber, who dated the Nets forward for two years, tells the tabloid Kim might find herself heartbroken before she ever walks down the aisle because Kris "won't go through with it."

With what? Another friend swears Humphries will ask for Kardashian's giant breasts in marriage on April 8. He's already chosen the ring "and anytime she leaves, even for a minute, he just acts like a guy completely smitten.”

Fortunately, Humphries can always pop in the video of Kim banging Ray J and be reminded of his true love.

Latest Ken Burns Doc 'Vietnam' In Works

Ken Burns and partner Lynn Novick are producing and directing a documentary film on the Vietnam War, completing a war trilogy that includes their previous PBS efforts The Civil War (1990) and the World War II doc�The War (2007). Vietnam will run 10 to 12 hours and is set for broadcast in 2016. From the release: "It will focus primarily on the human experience of the conflict, using eyewitness testimonies of so-called 'ordinary' people ?- Americans as well as Vietnamese ?- whose lives were touched by the war. Parallel to the unfolding military narrative, the series will also tell the story of the millions of American citizens who became deeply opposed to it, taking to the streets in some of the largest protest demonstrations the nation has seen." As in the previous two films, Geoffrey C. Ward is the writer. PBS is airing The Civil War from April 3-7 to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the beginning of the Civil War.

Robert Pattinson on Private Life: Off Limits!

We hope you're sitting down, ladies. Because Robert Pattinson talks about sex in the latest issue of Italy's Style Magazine. Oh yes.

Asked if he always got along well with the opposite gender, the actor - who is in the middle of a massive PR campaign on behalf of Water for Elephants - said: "I hate the lack of prudishness, I get bored when people are ostentatious of their body. Sex and feeling for me walk side-by-side."

With such a refreshing attitude, Robert obviously didn't go into detail about his life between the sheets with Kristen Stewart. He was adamant that is never will, in fact, saying:

"My private life is off-limit. I've never spoken about my flirts, I'm not a man for short and superficial love affairs... I don't talk about my relationship with Kristen Stewart, an actress I admire because she's a real person, and a real actress."

On David Fincher: My favorite movie last year was The Social Network and one day I’d like to work with Fincher. Everything he does is interesting, and he got the best out of an actor I really admire, Jesse Eisenberg.

On his idol: Jack Nicholson. He had a huge career and he always owned his characters. Whereas, in the end, for a lot of people, I am just Edward the vampire and in my life I’m just Robert. We share the same hairstyle. But when I read an entire article about my hair, I laugh my best British laugh.

On his style: I like dressing Calvin Klein, English shoes, T-shirts and comfortable jeans. I’ve always been influenced by James Dean’s look.

Nikki D was the first female rapper signed by Def Jam Recordings. She signed with Def Jam in 1989 and released her debut single "A No No No", in the same year. It was produced by Sam Sever. The single's video featured Flavor Flav and computerized images of the other Def Jam artist. Later Nikki D released the more commercially acceptable song, "Daddy's Little Girl" some two years later, which hit the Billboard sales charts...
