Nikki D was the first female rapper signed by Def Jam Recordings. She signed with Def Jam in 1989 and released her debut single "A No No No", in the same year. It was produced by Sam Sever. The single's video featured Flavor Flav and computerized images of the other Def Jam artist. Later Nikki D released the more commercially acceptable song, "Daddy's Little Girl" some two years later, which hit the Billboard sales charts...

Shawntel Newton is sad.

She harbors no hard feelings about being eliminated last week on The Bachelor, but she was devastated just the same. She even uses the l-word to describe it.

Here's what Shawntel had to say about taking Brad Womack to her unusual workplace, the tension with her family, who she thinks will win and more ...

On taking Brad to work: "I thought I might as well lay my cards out on the table. This is my job. This is what I grew up around and if he wants to get down on his knee and propose, he should see what I do. It's the final test almost."

On her family's concerns: "I always thought that I would stay in Chico and take over the business. It was a shock to my family. Everything came at them at once – me saying I'm in love, I might be leaving this lifestyle in Chico, moving."

"I was falling in love so I was willing to move."

On being surprised she was cut: "I told him I was in love. It was like minutes [before] he left. I thought I'd have more time to explore what he thought about me moving, saying I love him, the funeral home. Unfortunately, he wasn't feeling the same."

On moving on: "I compare this to losing a loved one because we go through the same stages of denial. In losing Brad, I allowed myself to get angry. I allowed myself to go through the stages in a healthy way and I'm not in love with him anymore."

On who she thinks will win: "I thought Ashley Hebert was going home. I knew that she hadn't told him that she was falling in love and I had. It was a shock that he'd let a girl go who was in love and willing to leave her life."

"But my personal opinion is that he is in love with Emily. she's everything he wants. He wants to be a father to her child. She wants to get married and have more kids."

Kelsey Grammer and Kayte Walsh are now husband and wife, just two weeks after his divorce from Camille Grammer was finalized. Congratulations, we think!

The pair exchanged vows during an afternoon ceremony at the Longacre Theater in Manhattan, where he starred in the Tony-winning La Cage aux Folles.

This is the first marriage for Kayte, 29, and the fourth for Kelsey, 55.

After 15 days of legal freedom, Kelsey Grammer is spoken for again!

"Kelsey Grammer and Kayte Walsh were married today at a private ceremony for family and friends," the actor's rep said in a statement.

Kelsey, whose split from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer was chronicled all season on that program, is not looking back.

"I've never been happier in my life," Grammer said of his new life with Kayte Walsh, a British flight attendant. "I'm extremely happy."

Following today's ceremony, the newlyweds and guests headed to the reception at the Plaza Hotel, where the festivities will go until 2 a.m.

Somehow we doubt Camille will be in attendance, but that shouldn't stop her from commenting on the event ad nauseam to gain sympathy/publicity.

Virtuoso ? ?No Fear? (Ft. Akrobatik & Casual)

Hip-hop legend Virtuoso is back with another display of his trademark tongue twisting lyricism over concussive production. This time he has enlisted the assistance of long time collaborators Akrobatik (of The Perceptionists) and Casual (of Hieroglyphics). ?No Fear? is a sure-fire fan favorite combining two of Virtuoso's closest collaborators over production from iconoclastic indie production powerhouse Blue Sky Black Death. "No Fear" is a cut off of Virtuoso's latest full length release titled "The Final Conflict" (the third chapter of the "Word War" trilogy) which is available now on Big Bang Records.

Don Johnson Set To Star In Michael Patrick King's NBC Drama Pilot 'A Mann's World'

Former Miami Vice star Don Johnson is returning to NBC. After lengthy negotiations, Johnson just closed a deal to star in the network's drama pilot from Michael Patrick King A Mann's World. In the vein of Shampoo, the project, from Warner Bros. TV, centers on Allan Mann (Johnson), a 50something handsome and sexy straight Beverly Hills hairdresser who is struggling to stay young and relevant in a place where looks are everything. Not� ready to give up his passion for what he does, he rolls the dice and risks it all to expand his beauty empire by purchasing the building next door to his salon to transform into a day spa. Johnson was the original choice for the role and the fist actor approached for it. Nash Bridges alum Johnson's most recent regular TV gig was on the WB series Just Legal. Last year, the actor, repped by Gersh and Untitled, co-starred in the ABC pilot Southern Discomfort, did an arc on HBO's Eastbound & Down and appeared in the movies Machete and When In Rome.
