Cartoon Network's VP original series Rob Swartz is leaving the cable network after a three-year stint to return to his alternative series roots, this time as a producer. His last day is today. At CN, Swarz led the development and current teams and oversaw development and current programming for all of CN?s original animated, live-action and alternative series, including Adventure Time, Regular Show, Mad, Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, Generator Rex, Young Justice, Hole in the Wall, Dude What Would Happen, and Destroy Build Destroy. He joined CN from Syfy, where as VP alternative programming he� developed and launched Destination Truth and was responsible for overseeing the successful Ghost Hunters franchise. Here is an internal memo from CN chief content officer Rob Sorcher announcing Swartz's departure:

Rob Swartz has decided to pursue a career track producing alternative format series, as a producer.� I am very grateful to Rob for his 3 years of service�here, wish him only the very best on this new venture, and hope to continue our relationship with him as an independent producer. Nick Weidenfeld and Tramm Wigzell will now report directly to me, each of them continuing to run their Comedy and Action groups respectively (while Nick also continues with his Adult Swim duties, reporting into Mike Lazzo). Charlie Sheen Calls Chuck Lorre a "P***y Loser," Says Two and a Half Men Doomed Without Him

Charlie Sheen is once again taking shot after shot at Chuck Lorre and Two and a Half Men, claiming both are failures without the Warlock at the helm.

It's been way too long since the last chapter of this war of words.

In response to Lorre's comments that Men may go on sans Sheen, the actor says his former boss is a "sad silly fool" and an "A-hole p*ssy loser."

That and a "low rent, nut-less sociopath," among other things.

Charlie says he made the show, and the ratings prove his point.

Sheen absolutely unloaded on Lorre in an interview with TMZ at the notion that he would be replaced in a new season, with Jon Cryer getting a bigger role.

He says, "... No one cares about your feeble show without me," adding, "The ratings right now are not a fluke. It's a big fat mess. A 2.0 demo. That sucks."

It does, for sure, but we're talking about re-runs now. Re-runs only airing because Sheen went off the rails and was fired from the show. Details ...

"Not even a phone call to the man that put you on the map?" Charlie Sheen laments, undeterred. "The man that put 500 million dollars in your pockets?"

"I busted my ass for eight years to support your vision. They are voting you off the AA island. Even those clowns have no room for you anymore."

Seriously, Chuck. Think of how many days Charlie showed up hung over. For YOU man. Don't you have any respect for this upstanding, altruistic artiste?

Who Will Host The X-Factor?

The judges appear to be in place. But who will be The X-Factor's version of Ryan Seacrest this fall?

Entertainment Weekly reports that two names are close to finalizing deals as the competition's co-hosts: former High School Musical star Corbin Bleu and former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherziner.

Bleu made his mark on the Disney Channel, but he's since gone on to anchor In the Heights on Broadway for a run. Scherzinger, meanwhile, is a favorite of producer Simon Cowell, who says he absolutely adores the beauty.

Contracts for both will need to be signed soon, as production is scheduled to begin on May 8.

Lady Gaga is coming to The Ellen DeGeneres Show tomorrow to perform her latest hit single, "Judas," live for the first time. It should be legendary.

Not that Ellen will have her thunder stolen easily.

According to reports, the hilarious host will makes a grand entrance, coming out on a giant shoe, surrounded by a quartet of beefcake dancers.

Lindsay Lohan on The Tonight Show: Open, Honest, Possibly Even Contrite!

Well, now we've pretty much seen everything.

With a heartfelt mea culpa on The Tonight Show, Lindsay Lohan got a standing ovation from the audience. She did it by admitting what we all know, but she never seems to acknowledge - that Lindsay is to blame for Lindsay's jail sentence.

“I feel like I’ve let a lot of my fans down by putting myself in situations when I was young and not thinking clearly,” Lohan told Jay Leno Tuesday.

When "she was young" was like two months ago in the case of her alleged necklace heist, but whatever. Details. One topic she wouldn't discuss last night, however?

Her dad. “I plead the Fifth on that,” the troubled star said, borrowing a term from the legal system she's gotten to know intimately well over the last year or so.

TV CASTINGS: Ron Livingston Joins 'Game Change,' Kelli Giddish Boards 'Good Wife'

EXCLUSIVE: A decade after his standout performance in HBO's miniseries Band of Brothers, Ron Livingston is back at the pay cable network with a co-starring role in the film Game Change, produced by Tom Hanks and Gary Goetzman's Playtone. The movie, directed by Jay Roach, follows John McCain's (Ed Harris) 2008 presidential campaign, from his selection of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin (Julianne Moore) as his running mate to their ultimate defeat in the general election. Livingston, repped by UTA and Thruline, will play Mark Wallace, a senior adviser to McCain-Palin 2008. He led the debate-preparation team for Gov. Palin, who ended up exceeding expectations in her face-off with Joe Biden.

Kelli Giddish, star of NBC/Jerry Bruckheimer's freshman action drama Chase, is changing the pace with an arc on CBS' praised legal drama The Good Wife. Giddish will appear in the last�two episodes of the season playing what is described as a provocative role -- an investigator for Lockhart Gardner who used to work with Kalinda (Archie Panjabi). There is a possibility for Giddish, repped by Paradigm and Invictus, to return in the fall, though The Good Wifeis yet to be officially renewed, so the show's producers have not started working on storylines for Season 3.
