Marquee's grand opening party in Las Vegas on New Year's Eve was certainly the place to be, as numerous celebs were in the house, but the biggest moment of the night was Kanye's announcement, as seen in the above video, "'Watch the Throne' coming in one week", seen around the 00.27 sec mark, followed by Jay-Z howling.
